Charakteristics and history: library integrated with the personal library of Woolf´s husband - Leonard Woolf. French literature, books published by Chatto and Windus, works of Woolf in various languages first editions included, signed editions and reprints,  „Dictionary of National Biography", which belonged to Virginia´s father and literary critics.  Dictionaries, guidebooks, biographies, politics, sociology, history, ancient authors (many of the volumes contains Leonard´s signature and inscriptions). Pocket editions, book published in Hogarth Press, editions, first editions of the Bloomsbery Group members. Books from 17th and 18th century, poetry, romans, first editions and reprints of works of Leonard, contemporary literature. Books are mostly written in English. A few French and ancient authors in Latin. Dedications from the authors and friends.  Washington State University purchased this collection in 1971, among all also those volumes to which Woolf made new binding.
