The book contains the signature of K.Havlíček Borovský. All the five volumes of this dictionary contains the same signature. The book is noted in the list of books which Havlíček made up, but not in the heritage list. It´s remarkable that all the signatures in those five volumes are simillar like if Havlíček made all of them in one day although they were published within a few years (see the title pages attached) It´s also possible that Havlíček purchased all the volumes later and in one time. Interesting is also the fact that he used the pseudonym "Borovský" already in 1843. This dictionary was offered by Karla Havlíčková (a nephew of K.H.Borovský) in 1900 to František Bartoš, Director of a school of in Prague. He offered in 1929 this book to Prof. Dr. Josef Jerie, a gynaecologist in Prague. He offered it after in 1948 to the Town Havlíčkův Brod.
